Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Willett has published over 1,700 original research papers and reviews, primarily on lifestyle risk factors for heart disease, cancer, and other conditions and has written the textbook, Nutritional Epidemiology, published by Oxford University Press, now in its third edition. Halima Amjad, MD
Assistant Professor of Medicine, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Geriatric Medicine and Geriatric psychiatry. Focus on individuals living with dementia. Her research focuses on informing and improving the care of older adults with dementia with research into safety, undiagnosed dementia, health services and new models of care. Dr. Amjad earned her M.D. and Master’s of Public Health from Drexel University. She completed her residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital and a fellowship in geriatric medicine and gerontology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She joined the faculty of Johns Hopkins in 2016.

Her career includes all aspects of medical practice. She has been Director of Cardiology, ICU and Chief of Staff at Mayo Regional Hospital. Dr. Fernow is Founder of Northeast Care -- a substance abuse treatment day program. She is Founder and Medical Director of Pine Tree Hospice and President of the Maine Highlands Senior Center.
